Regional and California prices are steady. The undertone is steady to barely steady. Offerings are moderate to heavy. Supplies are mostly moderate to at times heavy. The National shell egg inventory is 2.1% higher when compared to a week ago. Retail demand is light to moderate. Food service demand ranges light to occasionally fairly good. Market activity is slow to moderate. Breaking stock offerings are moderate to fully adequate for a moderate demand. The National breaking stock inventory is unchanged from the previous week. Light type hen offerings are moderate for normal to less than normal processing schedules.
